Returns

Any approved return must be unused and in its original packaging. Please wait for return instructions before mailing anything back.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us promptly if an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Refunds

If a return is approved, we will notify you after we receive and inspect the product. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, subject to applicable law. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
